CBC takes the time an effort to ensure security and provide functionality. First, CBC runs three welding passes on each seam and then runs two-silicone cord sealing layers on the front and back panels to ensure an airtight chamber — protecting both research and researchers. What's more, CBC's glove panels extend out 4" to provide greater reach within the chamber.
Each system comes with a blower system that can be converted from positive to negative pressure.
Poultry Isolator systems includes:
- Polypropylene chamber with 20 mil urethane glove panels.
- Glove Panels on the front and back panels.
- Choice of glove extension.
- (4) pairs of 15 mil Hypalon/CSM dry box gloves with glove ring kit for attaching gloves to isolator (other types available).
- HEPA filter inlet and outlet.
- Adjustable speed control for blower.
- Internal pressure gauge.
- (1) 18" removable polypropylene transfer port.
- Internal heat lamp with automatic on/off control.
- (1) 18" internal port cap.
- (1) 18" external port cap.
- (1) 18" patent clamp.
- (1) rubber band for attaching inside transfer port cap.
- (2) 1" neoprene stoppers (other types available).
- 1-1/2" powdered coated steel frame.
- Two-way locking casters.
- High-density polyethylene lower shelf.
